We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact or use us, why we collect it, and your rights.
Information we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, or when we do a job for you:
- Your name and phone number.
- The messages, voice notes and photos you send us.
- Your location or address, so we can come to you.

- Usage data collected by Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag, using cookies: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, how you arrived (including ad clicks), and whether you tapped our WhatsApp or call buttons.
- Standard server logs, including your IP address, browser and the pages requested, used to keep the site running and secure.
This website has no forms or user accounts, and we don't ask you to enter personal information on it.

- To measure how our website and Google Ads perform, so we can improve them.
We don't sell your personal information or use it for anything unrelated to the above.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, and the Google Ads tag to measure which ads lead to enquiries. We may also use Google Ads remarketing to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools set cookies in your browser. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can control this by:
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
- Managing ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
- Installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed:
- Google, as our analytics and advertising provider.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us on WhatsApp.
- Our card payment provider, to process card payments.
- Our accountant and SARS, for tax and financial records.
- The police or other authorities, where required by law or where we reasonably suspect a vehicle is stolen.
Google and WhatsApp may process information outside South Africa. They are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection laws.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and job records for as long as we need them to deliver and support the work, and financial records for at least five years as required by South African tax law. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including keeping devices and accounts password-protected and limiting access to what's needed to do the job.

- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it.
